AGBOEGBULEM, Ngozi Theresa retired as a Deputy Director from the services of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) after a meritorious service spanning over three decades. She served mostly in the Economic Policy Directorate of the Bank with extensive experience in macroeconomic data compilation and analysis as well as statistical report writing and economic research. While in the services of the CBN, Mrs. Agboegbulem headed several Offices and Divisions including Real & Government Finance Statistics Division, External Sector Statistics Division and Survey Management Division, where she oversaw the production/compilation of timely, accurate, high-quality macroeconomic data for monetary policy decisions.

She is an accomplished macroeconomic statistics producer/compiler and an economic researcher, in addition to expertise in survey management and analysis. Mrs. Agboegbulem had B.Sc. (Hons.) and M.Sc. Economics from Universities of Jos and Lagos, respectively, with both local and international training from revered institutes such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). Mrs. Agboegbulem is a life member of the Nigerian Economic Society and a fellow of the Nigerian Statistical Association that has given birth to CISON.
