ATOI NGOZI VICTOR (PhD) is a seasoned Statistician with a good academic background and extensive experience in the field. Currently, he is Head of the Statistical Methods Office in the Statistics Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

In addition, Dr. ATOI serves as the Managing Editor of the CBN Journal of Applied Statistics (CBN-JAS), and a member of the Editorial Committee of the Economic and Financial Review (EFR) of the Bank. He is also a Faculty Member at the CBN International Training Institute, Abuja.

With expertise in Monetary and Financial Statistics Compilation and Time Series Econometric modelling, Dr. ATOI has contributed significantly to the advancement of statistical applications in Economics and Finance. He has published numerous papers in both local and international journals, showcasing his deep understanding and expertise.

Dr. ATOI obtained his educational qualifications from reputable institutions. He holds a BSc. in Statistics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an MBA (Finance) from the University of Jos, and an MSc/PhD in Finance from the Ebonyi State University.

Dr. ATOI has received local and international training on Statistics, including an International Monetary Fund Training on Advanced Monetary and Financial Statistics Compilation in Washington DC, USA, and Big Data Analysis for Monetary Policy in Bali, Indonesia etc.

Furthermore, Dr. ATOI is an accomplished user of statistical packages for econometric modeling such as EViews, SPSS, and STATA. He also possesses a strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power Business Intelligence, utilizing these tools to enhance statistical analysis and research capabilities.
